Which should I take?

    I workout quite alot, do karate and go to the gym. I dont know which supplement would help me in both weight loss and muscle growth. But I need one that wont add weight... Just help in toning? Hellllp! P.S Im 16, 116lbs and 5'1.

    Hi and welcome to the community!

    When you mentioned you do not want to add "weight" I will assume you mean fat? Supplements do not make you gain fat, it's what you eat that makes you gain fat.

    hia i go boxing 1-2 times a week and try to do what i can in the week so what would be good for me to take to help with toning and weight loss ?
     my work outs are'nt hardcore other than the boxing which is pretty tough  Thanks  :)
