My father died of a heart attack, and diabetes runs in the family. I know how to lose weight, but I wondered if you can lose wait at the sane time you build muscle- and if so, how?! I've gained a lot of weight in the last year, all in my stomach. Like a beer belly, just I don't drink beer.. You can call it a gin belly I guess..
Anyways. I wanted to lose this belly, and gain upper body strength at the same time... I want to lose weight because I'm scared of going down the path my dad went on saying 'I'll start tomorrow, so one last hurrah today' and I want to gain upper body strength because I'm a performer and as superficial as it is it's sonething that really counts. I found out this site offered moral support, which is something Ive never really had.. Help please!
