Hi, I'm 56 and just started. I have been doing some exercise on my own so I'm not quite sedentary. I am disabled and am on oxygen 24/7. I lost 140 lbs in the last year but have gained 20 or so back. (I was in the hosp. 4 times, the third time for excessive fluid buildup. They removed 84 lbs in 4 days!). I'm feeling and breathing better and really want to lose these 20 lbs. I am graduating college in June and my son is getting married in August so I need to look GOOD!. I will be trying to do most of these exercises but may need help to modify some like the crunches (I can't get on the floor). Any suggestions? Thanks and hello.
