    I GET RID OF THAT WITHOUT LOSING MORE WEIGHT?

    you can do "push-up" for the arm chub, and "dips behind the back" for the back chub!

    First off welcome to the site. secondly getting rid of fat is more to do with diet than anything else. Third...push ups work chest and triceps and dips work chest tri and delts.....not back.

    Hi, i'm kinda new to this site and i had a question about abs. I feel i been training them incorrectly, and now my stomach expand outward instead of having a flat stomach. Help, is there a way of correcting that problem??
