Getting the old pecks back!

Ok so During highschool I did alot of push ups and benchpress just on a regular basis and never really did ne research or training and eventually gained good pecks and descent abs.....Since i've left highschool and lost the regulr shedual for doing them I've Not so much lost my pecks!...Cuz there still there!...but just there is fat on top of it!...So its like I have hidden pecks and with the fat there almost round!.....haha...hard to explain!...But ne ways I was just wondring if you could give me some suggestions on how to get rid of the fat on my pecks and get them sparklin again?!

Hate to give you an overly simplistic answer, but the quick answer is to read up on nutrition, dump some body fat and start an exercise program.

Lose some weight and then start weight training try benching 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

Yeah cause benching 3 sets of 8-10 reps will build those pecs back up.

lol 3 sets of 8-10? How bout we go heavy and get down to the 3-5 rep range and switch up your bench do inclines decline and flat, most of all stop focusing on pecs and do some lifting in general
