Becausse of my schedule I can only workout in the early morning. I lift weights and cardio.
The question is should I eat before my workout or weight until after.
Thanks

IF you are trying to lose fat.. tone up a bit then eat after. However, if you're tryting to gain or maintain.. then have a light snack prior to training then a big high protein high carb meal.
Good Luck

I agree with Arnold. I would eat a small snack before the early am workout.

Garyl, I'm currently doing some weight loss would like to get down to 225lbs. So what I do is get up early in the morning and perfomr cardio and weight training on an empty stomach. When you sleep your insulin levels go low due to not eating anything, therefore if you want to cut and burn more fat do you cardio and weight training on an empty stomach as soon as you get up. After your workout within one-hour after training be sure to eat/drink something high in protein.

It depends on what you're after. If you work out in the am after a 7-9 hr fast, you will burn more calories.
