Being overweight has always been a problem for me between getting dates and being harrased daily at school. Still i have alot of good friends and they encourage me to work out. I recently started the 4 week home plan and the 12 week ab plan. I hope these programs give me some results. I would like to hear from anyone who have benifited from these. Thank you.
