Instructions
This exercise is performed on the abdominal machine as shown in the pictures.
Sit in the adominal machine. Adjust the pad so that it is touching your chest when you are sitting up almost straight.
Put your arms over the pad and slowly bend at the waist, contracting the abdominal muscles.
Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly return to starting position.

There are various abdominal machines available. Refer to the instructions on the machine if it is different than the one pictured above.
