Machine Assisted Wide Grip Chins
Instructions
- Position yourself on a assisted pull up machine.
- Place your knees on the pad, and take an overhand wide grip on the above
handles.
- Pull yourself up so that you are head level with the handles.
- Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds, then lower yourself back to the starting
position.
Tips
- When going back down to the extended position, be sure to do so slowly and
controlled.
