Machine Assisted Wide Grip Chins
Instructions
Position yourself on a assisted pull up machine.
Place your knees on the pad, and take an overhand wide grip on the above handles.
Pull yourself up so that you are head level with the handles.
Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds, then lower yourself back to the starting position.
Tips
When going back down to the extended position, be sure to do so slowly and controlled.
