Introduction
I a in my 40's and have been gaing weight slowly over the past 10 years or so. It is time to reverse that.
I am single and live in Arizona.
I don't know how to play any sports and have no support from family or friends. So, I'm here on this site to do it on my own if I have to.
Goals and motivation
Goal 1: Loose 90 lbs
First Step: Go from 230 to 200 by June 8th.
Goal 2: Drink less diet soda.
First Step: Drink at least 1 glass water a day.
