Introduction

I gained 5 stone during my pregnancy and have struggled to shift the last 1.5 stone. I joined the gym about 3 months ago and have been going regularly though I don't follow any plan. I can see improvement in the tone of my body and my fitness level but I am not seeing the weight loss/size reduction that I am aiming for.

Goals and motivation

To increase my fitness level to the point where I would be able to run 10K and to lose around 1.5 stone. Reduce the overall size of my body while retaining good muscle tone.

    Motivation, Start with you and the people you surround yourself to support you though the task at hand . I will be their for each and everyone to keep you self forcus on obtaining your goals of a healthier and strong you. In 2012 we can do it together one and all.
