Introduction
I gained 5 stone during my pregnancy and have struggled to shift the last 1.5 stone. I joined the gym about 3 months ago and have been going regularly though I don't follow any plan. I can see improvement in the tone of my body and my fitness level but I am not seeing the weight loss/size reduction that I am aiming for.
Goals and motivation
To increase my fitness level to the point where I would be able to run 10K and to lose around 1.5 stone. Reduce the overall size of my body while retaining good muscle tone.
