Introduction
I'm 5'6" and fairly active on a regular basis. I've always wanted to get down to 125 lbs (my ideal weight according to a Goodlife Fitness assessment) but could never get under 132 lbs on my own. I will explain in my FLog how I finally got there! :)
Oct 2007 - 143 lbs
May 2012 - 135 lbs
July 2012 - 117 lbs (fitness competition)
Goals and motivation
My curent goals;
Immediate (1 month) Increase strength in preparation for the police constable PREP fitness test
Short Term (3 months) Increase lean muscle and tone, get into fitness competition shape
Long Term (3 months+) Maintain an ideal weight, create and follow a maintenance diet and training plan
My goals in 2007 were:
To reach ideal weight (120-130lbs)
To tone and reduce body fat
To increase muscle mass
