Introduction
Hi I am a 54 year old who has just started going to the gym. i am quite fit for my age and have always looked after myself. I normally do yoga and keep in shape with an active lifestyle however i need to get more cardio in and keep my tone as I am getting older. I live in the UK and i am a trainer not physical , mechanical
Goals and motivation
I have a good shape and tone but want to be a fit old geezer, hence the gym, i want to get my ticker in good shape and keep subtle. My goals are to do 1.5 mile in 15 minutes initialy and add a couple of inches to my arms and chest andalso have more defined abdominals.
