Introduction
I am a 60 year old woman who has maintained generally good fitness but now have had a foot injury for the past 6 months. I now need to lose weight and get back my fitness. I was running half marathons but now can barely walk for 20 minutes.
I work full time as an Office Manager/Acountant in a busy hotel.
I am married with 6 adult children.
Goals and motivation
My main goal is to get back my fitness level. I miss running as I love the outdoors but now am restricted to some work at the gym which I find boring.
My secondary goal is to lose the fat that has accumulated around my waist in the last 6 months.
