Introduction
I am a single mother of three wonderful kids. I did weigh 250. I lost down to 125 through hard work and determination. I quit smoking two months ago and gained up to 170. I need to get this weight off again. I had help in a workout friend the first time, I am on my own this time and I need that pushin I had the first time. I know I can do it and I'm ready!!
Goals and motivation
My three children and the wonderful man I have in my life are my motivation. I want to tone back up and lose this extra I gained. I will be 125 again!!
