Introduction
Hi my name is Sarah. I am 15 going on 16 in April. I weigh about 173 pounds. I don't really exercise much and I eat when I'm bored. But that is going to change. Hopefully with this I will be able to finally be comfortable with my body.
Goals and motivation
I want to lose 30-40 pounds. First I want to be under 160. That will be wonderful. My motivation would be my own approval of myself.
