Introduction
Always had ups and downs on weight. Lover the wrong foods. Have had major successes before, but didn't maintain the eating pattern. Not to hard to figure out what I need to do, but no one's looking. Self-control in this area is a must. At age 52, I do need some help. Physically hard for me to exercise, bad knees and back. Can still walk, but also a broken foot that was operated on unsuccessfully. Just have to deal with it at this point. I want to live longer than I'm heading for.
Goals and motivation
I want to get back to the proper weight area for several reasons. I need my knees not to hurt so much and last longer. I want to be more attractive for my wife. I want to live longer for my daughter who is very young.
