Introduction
Hello. I'm just trying to see if I can find a good plan so that I can get into better, healthier shape. Not only am I changing my exercising methods, I'm also changing my eating habits. Yay me. I just want to start feeling good again. :)
Goals and motivation
My goal is to lose at least 15 lbs and see where we go from there. Also to fit more vegetables in my diet. My motivation is my boyfriend.
