Introduction
Hello! I am James and have been chubby or fat most of my life. I have had a few times in my life where I have lost weight just to put it back on. I am tired of being overweight and want to make a lifestyle change. I started this journey about a year ago and ran into a roadblock with some back injuries (degenerated disc). I am working on my body as well as my mind to understand this is a lifestyle change and not a diet..I am hopeful for any advice or suggestions.
Goals and motivation
I started this journey about a year ago and was over 330lbs..I have managed to walk and watch what I eat and get down to 269lb...I am currently back up to around 280lbs and ready to get to my goal wieght of 220lbs. I am ready to follow this program and make the changes neccessary to become healthy!!
