Introduction
I am 29 years old, work full time, and have a 9 year old son. Just recently quit smoking, and started working out again for the first time in 7+ years.
Goals and motivation
I am 5'6, and currently weigh 160. I want to lose around 30 pounds. More important than the weight, is toning up, gaining stregnth, improving my cardiovascular health, and just being able to be more physically active. My motivation is to set a good example for my son, and to finally feel good about myself again.
