Well, I was all on my own tonight. The hubby wasn't interested in joining me. Increased the weight I used from soup cans to a 3lb weighted ball. I may a little stiff in the morning but I am on my way to arms that don't jiggle!
Finished my workout with the hubby. Not super difficult but enough to feel it! Just trying to keep my motivation and hopefully motivate the hubby to be more healthy for the kids.
