Well I injured my shoulder somehow. I don't know how, docs don't know either. They call it frozen sholder (adhesive capsulitis) and its rather painful. This is the third week and I am getting a lot less pain and more movement out of it. Still ...
20 minutes of step aerobics in the morning followed by power sculpt after dinner. Feel okay but I got up way too early and will hopefully feel better for tomorrows workout.
Didn't fell like doing anything, but after doing my abs legs and butt then a fast 20min walk I fell great, exercise is the key to felling good in you body and mind.
