1st day, went to exercise earlier and quit after 10 minutes. Set up this account and am going now to do the workout for today. Added 2 workouts 3 days a week and 1 for 2 more days a week. Is this too ambitious? We'll see!

Hi everyone, I am so dissapointed because I thought 40 pounds was a good goal to set for myself then I looked up the ideal weight for my age and height and it said I needed to lose more. I am trying to keep up my motivation and still do my workout...
No more flogs on my daily workouts here on FreeTrainers. Going to be off of here for some time until I can fully commit to working out. Pointless to keep typing my daily workouts as "SKIPPED" workouts.
