Tomorrow i.e. saturday the 18th is my real schedule day. But if I workout tomorrow, I'll be working out straight for the next 3 days and I know my body wont be able to keep up! So I did tomorrow's schedule today!

I'm feeling good and I'm ready tomorrow will be the start of the first time I exercise since I was in high school I'm nervous but I got my water bottle ready and I'm ready maybe my husband will work out with me
I started the first day of home fitness program. I've been in the habit of treadmill running off and on, so I definitely wasn't prepared for any weight training. But I feel good! Can't wait to get further into this program. Excited!
Joggging minimally, 1-3 times a week. Casual pace, 10-11 min miles.
Dieting is going extremely well. Feeling like a rock star!
Weight this morning was 187.6 lbs. 22 pounds lost since March 1st!
Started the session at 7.15 pm.
Ended at 9.25 pm.
Couldn't do the inclined push up properly cz I heard my own bones making a "tuck, tuck" sound. :( couldn't do that workout properly afterwards!
BOY! I did the entire workout sheet! * Exausted!! Can't even type properly, need rest! :(
some muscle gain can be seen! :D
Had to concentrate on exams, which is why there's a biig pause in between the 1st log and the 2nd!
