Day 2 weight loss

Well, got my nre treadmill yesterday. Walked 10 mins. Walked another 10 mins today. Trying to start off low and gradually work my way up to a more intense workout. So ive walked about 1/4 of a mile each day. Not counting regular activity. I am a mom of three! Lol. Ive also lessoned my portion sizes. Although eating a lot has never rly been a prob. I usually eat lunch and dinner, coffee in the mornings and before bed. As i mentioned before i have pcos. The meds im on for it have a side affect of weight loss. But ive not noticed any. Hoping with eating a lil less and healthier, along with exersize that ill see some progress. 1st goal is getting to 195 lbs. Then 2nd goal 150. Gonna focus one goal at a time so i dont feel overwhelmed. Also, looking for weight loss partner!
