Big Day Today

Had my best workout today since I broke my back. Moved a total of 48,200 lbs. Increased weight and sets. I know my calculation is weird, but it works for me: Weight X Reps X Sets =Total Weight. I try to increase my total weight every week. 48,200 is a new high for me for one workout. Trying to hit 55,000 next week.
