First day back after being off for 3 weeks on Vacation and flu. 

Legs
3X15-20 leg extensions
3X15-20 lying leg curl
3X15-20 Leg press
3X15 calf press

3X10 RDL
3X8  Leg press
4X10 Leg raises
2X10 back extension with emphasis on glutes/hams

Back
3 X wide grip pull ups to failure + follow with 10 assisted pull ups 
15-12-10-8-15 machine row X 2 with different grips
4 X 10 behind the neck pull downs
4X10 close grip lat pull down

Posterior Delts
4X10 cable reverse fly
2X8 bent over cable raise
