First entry. Lets see how motivated I can, to keep this.

My schedule this week looks like this: Riding bike to and from work(5 miles for the day, roughly 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic and/or weather. I do not ride in the bike lanes provided, I stick to the side walks). I will work at least Monday through Friday, most likely Saturday, as well.

Due to a hectic work week, isntead of a Mon-Wed-Fri, it'll likely be a Tue-Wed-Thur lifting schedule. I do plan on sticking to machines this week.

My energy levels are up, it seems, since I started working out on 11/24(Mon-Wed-Fri, with riding bike to work-not every day, but I am aiming for that).  I started at 5'9.5" 16.8% BF @ 182.8lbs. My goal is 8%, as I was under 7% in HS, and under 5% in College. Most recent check was 14.5% @ 182.8lbs on 12/9/13.

Current diet comprised of 9:00AM: Oatmeal. 1:00PM: Grits. 6:00-7:00PM: Whatever the wife makes. I do want to add fruits to the breakfast, and vegetables to the lunch. My dinner is usually a typical(DELICIOUS) dinner. 2-3 sides, a meat. I do not drink pop(soda to the rest of these Southerners), as I prefer water.

I also do not hydrate during working out. I've always been one to train without it, so I can be without it. The memories of looking across the mat at my opponents whilst they chug  water, staring at me wondering why I am not doing the same brings glory to thought.

I'm not exactly sure how this works. Whether you can see my workout(s), or logs, or anything of the sort.
