Yesterday, I did the bonus cardio in Cathe Friedrichs - Low Imapct step, it was only 9 min. and my warm up for my total body weight lifting routine I made up for myself. After I did Cathes 8 min ab section that was on that same DVD. It was an awesome ab routine, very different from the usual stuff.

    We did a full yoga workout today on top of the rest. I gots da rubberlaigs.
