i dunno if u can make it tis time. ive been ranting to be fit ages ago. im 41 now, been a flab. its not always been this way. years ago ive always been fit & health freak. always have a buddies around to remind you on your fitness schedule. Now? you can imagine..

dunno if this flog can last. ive felt that this is going to be the last ditch to be fit again. back in my head, 'hey buddy its still ok, you can always pump that iron to change that bulge to mighty muscle'..i wish. well ive seen how stallone done it, at least thats the inspiration point.

bought some stuffs, to flush your stomach content out,... well  its on promotion & why not, lets give it a shot...
well thats the opening,, been about 3 weeks balancing my schedule to keep my fitness strategy on track.. light breakfast, skip lunch & hold on to that dinner, youve just got to eat a full plate once a day.

running? yes am trying to get the gear up...6 rounds keep it national std style 2.4 basics, if mr lee can exercise thrice, why cant me? cross training? just started home gym.. left the barbells hidng in corner room, rusty now. well rusty or not got to use them man...been a while *sic, just got to dot it...that'sit now keep the ball rolling...lets not look back.
