New Beginnings

I used to go out and walk a couple miles or more a day. I was 127 lbs at my lowest weight. Now I sit at home on my laptop or watch television at a staggering 167 lbs (which is still better than the 184 I graduated at, but still...). Part of it is because I want to work out with the motivational words from a friend. Someone who will push me and who I can push to reach goals we have set. I've come to the realization that I don't have to have someone next to me holding my hand in order to reach goals that I want to reach. I'm ready to take control of my life and reach the goals that I want to reach and better my life. I have come so far in making my life better, why hinder myself when it comes to fitness? I am ready to be a healthier, more energetic me!
