Well, today I started my diet and exercise journey! I am excited but nervous. Will I fail? Will I give up and quit? I have watched my calories today and feel like I am starving! I think once I go grocery shopping and get some good healthy foods in the house I can feel full! haha! I did some light weight training and push ups, situps today. I start cardio tomorrow. I sure pray that with 3 children I make the time for myself. I can't believe it took me nearly 6 years to start realizing that my health counts for something too! I can't take care of my children if I let myself go completely.
It's time for a change!!
Goal weight: 120
Weight now: 158
Timeline: However long it takes!!!
