Hi, I'm a 17 years old boy and i weigh around 52 kg. My body is pretty skinny although i have a bulging tummy. I have been trying to get rid of it and although i have seen a minor difference, its still not what i want to be. I also want to build more upper body muscle so that I dont look so small. Like a large chest, broad shoulders,etc. And i also want to build more leg muscles. Does anyone know the effective ways for me to achieve these?
