Well it all starts today !!
Did my first work out since my back operation almost three weeks ago. Pryer to the op I had been doing a special weight programe to strengthen my core , shoulders and back. I started to gain muscules again and also put in some bicep curls and BAM BAM my GUNS had started to come back. So its been a very hard two week with out weights.
During these past 7 months and 3weeks I have been tryin to recover from Prolapsed disc in my Lumbur and thorasic spine. Alot of pain and worry which finally came to head two and a bit weeks ago with surgery (Lumbur Discectomy L5/S1. There has been slight changes to my pain levels and my mobility has increased some what but I have about 6-12months of recovery before I see any real improvement.
