3rd week

So I have been sticking to it and have been going at least 3 times a week and a minimum of 30 minutes on the treadmill. I usually do arms or leg muscles after that. And this pisser is according to the scale at work, I weigh more now then when I started. I have to get a rain coat damn.

Lacy was in visiting from South Carolina, I met her at the Crack. Nice girl can be a little flaky. I like it when she drinks, she feels me up and starts kissing on me.

I have been doing good as far as not going out unless I workout first.

    ignore the scale for a while and focus on things like - more energy throughout the day, less shortness of breath after climbing stairs, better complexion, being stronger, etc. The scale isnt telling the whole story of what is going on internally. Stick with it and be consistent on eating healthy and working out and you will get results, it just takes time.
