 Welcome back to the 26th tip of the week. This week we will give you a little insight on what the most popular fitness magazines have to offer and what tells them apart from one another. We also give you the opportunity to subscribe to them - which you can do simply by clicking on the magazine cover. Fitness mags are a great source of information regarding health, exercise, bodybuilding, and so on.

Flex Flex Magazine is geared towards hardcore bodybuilding. It gives bodybuilders tips on adding size and symmetry with great results. The workouts offered in Flex are designed and followed by professional bodybuilders, so the results are proven to work. Flex also provides pro bodybuilder personal profiles, scientific nutritional news and contest coverage. If you're into bodybuilding, this magazine is a must.

MuscleMag MuscleMag, owned by Robert Kennedy, is a very inspirational magazine for fitness and bodybuilding. MuscleMag has been around for a very long time, they even have a chain of retail stores! The magazine offers excellent advice on exercise, proper form, pro bodybuilder routines, posters, biographies, and much more. This is one of the most popular fitness and bodybuilding magazines for both men and women.
Oxygen Oxygen is a female fitness magazine. It is seen by women in fitness as the number 1 magazine to read. It includes exercise, nutrition, and health information for the active female. If you are a female and interested in exercise and nutrition, this magazine is great!
Woman's Day Woman's Day is the ultimate guidebook for the changing needs of the modern woman. Famous for its low subscription price and useful information, each issue delivers advice on beauty, fashion, food, health and fitness, home life, family matters, relationships, careers, money management, and more.
