 Target Heart Rate 

 Welcome back to another Tip of The Week. This week we will take a look at target heart rate. This refers to the heart rate that you should be aiming for during sustained exercise, more specifically, cardio. If you are exercising below your target heart rate, you're not training hard enough. If you are exercising above your target heart rate, then you are exercising too hard. To achieve maximum results from your exercise, you must stay within the optimal "zone", which we will help you calculate.
