 In combination with your body type, goals, and specifications in your Exercise Profile, we at FreeTrainers will provide for you specific exercise programs to match your selections. The Special Programs are designed to meet goals which our regular programs cannot fulfill. The 8 week Glutes & Thighs program will be integrated into your regular exercise program. If you have chosen to do the 8 week special Thighs & Glutes program, here is a brief summary:

 The 8 week program is a very effective and proven solution to tone your Thighs and Glutes! This program is experienced at a higher rate in women then men, but the program is designed for both sexes to use. The program starts off with ease, so that beginners may use this program as well! Into the mid to late weeks of the program, the intensity increase to meet the needs of more experienced member; however the beginners can keep up with no problems. The program is challenging and takes dedication to achieve results! As would be assumed, the diet aspect is very important in this program as well. We strongly recommend that when you visit your Nutrition Program and that you select an appropriate diet which will require you to lose weight and loose fat.
