Michael has been a member of FreeTrainers.com since December, 2001. Michael is our hard-core enforcer! If you're a slacker, then Michael will need to have a few words with you, as that is one thing he cannot tollerate! If you are looking for some motivation in your training, Michael is the person that can help you. He is an experienced powerlifter who brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the FreeTrainers community. His philosophy is simple: Be serious about what you do, and you will succeed.

Ron has been a FreeTrainers.com member since June, 2001. Ron is a personal trainer and he practices what he preaches. He is a masters bodybuilding competitor who has brought great motivation to the FreeTrainers community. Having posted over 3,800 messages, Ron is one of our most active members. He has helped a large number of people reach their fitness and healthy lifestyle goals. To Ron, working out is not only something that you do to get in shape, but a way of life.

Amy has been with us since the beginning of 2003, and has been a great source of motivation and experience for the community. She has competed successfully on stage in bodybuilding competitions is a certified personal trainer. She has achieved weight loss (145 pounds from 200!) which is helpful to others looking for the similar results. She is constant motivation for her daughter along with the community. "I believe that fitness is a mind/body/lifestyle matter, it all has to be integrated."

Ivan has been an active member since early 2002. He is a clear example that staying in shape is for everyone, and it's never to late to start. This fellow Canadian proves that fitness 3 times a week can make all the difference in the world. Competing in the tour de lisle bicycle marathon amongst others, he applies fitness to better his stamina, strength and confidence. He always has encouraging and informative postings for the community.. with many more to come!

Scott is always someone whom has had brought a wide range of posts to the community since his arrival mid-2002. The family man with "guns" that awe the members has been weight training for 7 years and himself has plenty of knowledge to share. He has made significant progress especially in strength training which is a valuable asset of experience. "FT has become a outlet for my desire to help others find their path around the exercise road."
