  I have just created my profile on here and am really excited to start, but i am doing the 12-week abs workout and it mentioned using fat burners. I have no clue on which ones work or are good. Does anyone have any ideas to help me find the one I would need and would work to get a six pack? That is what I am working toward.

  where does the FT abs program mention fat burners?

I would have a million dollars now if only I had only followed CNBCs advice...and I had started with a hundred million dollars.

  when i click into my 12 week program for abs and i click on the first week of workouts. it has a place at the top to click on to learn more about the special diet and nutrition to go along with the program. there is where it talks about fat burners.
