wear a trash bag to sweat?

    What is the proper way to wear a trash bag to sweat out the pounds? how long should i have it on? i hear that this method works but what are the pros & cons?

    cons:
    You lose only water weight.You will regain it as soon as you drink/eat.
    You get dehydrated.
    You risk heat stroke.

    Cons:
    Dude, it sucks. I've done the whole sauna suit with icy/hot all over your body thing to cut for competitions, it blows. Your dehydrated, feint, tired, and lose strength. It's not gunna help you lose fat.
    Also, if you participate in AAU or NCAA sports, its ILLEGAL.

    Pros:
    It's quick.

    Plus if you do this too often, your body will tend to hold water in anticipation of the next time. Same with overuse of the suana.

    fat has no or very lil water in it....muscle is like 60-70% water...think about that?

    You have to get rid of all your normal clothing and fashion all new garments from duct tape and black garbage bags. Stay away from water it's really fattening because as soon as you drink a few glasses of the stuff you'll see you gain back a ton of weight that you worked hard to lose:)

    You can't stay away from water..hello? you need it whether or not it makes you pudgy..drinking lots of water is a sure way of cutting a few pounds.
