does this sound like a diet?

breakfast: 3/4 cup of kellogg's corn flakes wholegrain with 1/2 cup of low fat milk and sometimes i have 1 white egg

snack: 1 wholegrain crisp bread, slice of fetta cheese, 4 olives and 1 apple or mandarin

lunch: 1 cup red lentil soup with 1 cup of salad mix add bit of olive oil, vineagar and 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise

tea snack: 2 wholegrain crisp bread with bit of low fat yogurt, olives or tomatoes

tea time: sometimes i have 1 cup red lentil soup with salad or small chicken dish

i do walking everyday for 2 hours or 3 :D

i forget to post this too i drink 2 litres of water everyday

That's it? You don't post your height, weight, or even your goals so it is impossible to tell anything here.

How many calories does that come out to, like 1,000 maybe? No way is that enough food even to lose weight. Your protein is almost non-existent and even your carbs seem extremely low.

i dont know in american measurments but

my height is 1.77
weight :68 kilogram and need to drop down 10 kilograms
what do u recommend to add into my diet plan

More Quality Protein
Essential Fats

Remove:

Grains (a little too much there), and replace with those good 'ole fruits and veggies you like.
