Email you are you nuts!

Why don't you just look above and read Click here to add e-mail notification for this thread.

Now to answer your question I have just started using Creatine Ethyl Ester and few weeks ago and a total newbie at the stuff so I did as much research and asked the right people all I could before I started and 1 thing the smart ones told me is Creatine is Creatine no matter how you label it or price it it's the same damn thing with exceptions of the type of creatine Creatine Ethyl Ester or Creatine Monohydrate and etc if there is an etc.

Big Name Big Price Same Result because IMO no matter what you call it the amount of it you should take as I have learned unless I'm an idiot is the same amount no matter what you take.

I'm not answering about that product but in creatine as a whole because it seems when a question like this is asked means we don't understand Creatine is Creatine no matter how we name it or price.

I can call a Chicken a Get Bulk Bird but it's still a Chicken.

I hope I didn't come off wrong to you but I'm a believer in Hardassness as it sure makes me think things out when presented to me! By the way I think I just made a new word Hardassness LOL.

I admit that I did not want to respond to this because of the whole "email me" thing. That being said you make some interesting points SFGiant. Creatine is creatine, however there is a difference in quality of creatine. While it is all essentially the same product, different brands use different refinement processes. This can make some creatines superior to others. As creatine does tend to irritate the digestive system of a large percentage of users it is obvious that something with higher refinement will be more easily digestible, as well as it will be less likely to contain any creatinine. Think of it this way: Gasoline is gasoline, but my car has a turbo and will run like crap if I don't put at least 91 octane into it.

Some products like cel-tech contain items besides creatine to aid in other processes. (Insulin, etc) These things can most often be copied. IE: creatine monohydrate + white grape juice. Anyway just do the research, you don't need to get a fancy expensive brand. Just remember that doesn't mean buy the cheapest on the market either.

Oh yeah, and next time use the search feature, creatine has been covered to death.

Okay SFGIATSMVP, If you don't know the answer don't try to help. Doggiecool, there are different types of creatines as far as good and bad quality. As I posted in another thread, you can pay way to much for more SUGARS than creatine. And so on. The reason I ask about this brand is I have never herd of it and was told it was good, for it's low price. Now can anyone answer my question?

Sorry, man, but I'm not sure about that brand.

However, Biotest's creatine monohydrate is extremely cheap and is high quality. Check it out from T-nation.com. It's what I use.
