It is best to take your time to lose weight... I mean, take off the weight slowly rather than fast. A coworker of mine just lost a friend of hers. He lost 100pds in 6 months and died of a heart attack. I don't want to scare you. But I have found out if you take weight off slowly you are more than likely to keep it off. It is healthier for you too. Just wanted to share.
Yes we all know that it's best to take it slowly, but when you need to loose fat, then we all get soooooooo impatient and we just want it to happen as fast as possible!
That's when problems risk to come and that's also why so many people are doing yoyos..........
It's all in your head but that's the most difficult part to control as well! :surprised:
