Hey Folks,
I'm new here and I just got started on a more regimented exercise and diet plan. I'm deffinately willing to do the work and feel great after a work out. My problem I feel is the portion control (or rather lack there of)! How much is a reasonable portion of protien, and bread? Fuits and veggies are good anytime but is there a general rule that I can follow without having to count everything or is counting the way it has to be. Any tricks of the trade out there?
