Im trying to help my mother lose weight.. She's about 200 lbs. her birthday is in february which is four months away.. I want to help her lose at least 40 lbs. for a her 50th. she's sick of the way she is but shes just not motivated to diet and exercise always prefering large portions and spanish food. i need some techinques to at least change her habits without changing her whole lifestyle...
