Hello! My current weight is 370 lbs and I would like to go down to 145-150 lbs. I would like to lose atleast 20 lbs by November 2010. It is very hard for me. I like exercising but I don't feel very motivated right now.

I am similar to your situation also. My current weight as of today is 220lbs i would love to be down to 130-135 someday. Id love to lose at least 20lbs by dec. I dont mind exercise especially if its just walking. I just dont have the motivation either. I get bored with exercise easily. So im thinking of getting someone in the same boat as me to just workout together. Maybe that way we can motivate each other or maybe to tell each other to get up off our butt n go walking or some sort of active activity.
