I have experienced great feeling of losing 50 lbs, I was at 321 lbs at my heaviest and I was able to bring that down to 267 at one point this year. I have totally fallen off the wagon, and gained almost 30 lbs of that beck. My schedule changed at work and I could not find the time o get out there. Just an excuse, I know. I am ready now to get back on track with the new year. My goal weight is 200 lbs, and I am currently at 296.
Wow, nice story . It will be easier to take it one day at a time now, and start fresh from your current wait. Forget about the past numbers, but just remember how you succeeded and start agin with the new numbers. Good luck.
