i workout regularly and dont eat unhealthy, but i cant seem to make this weight leave. if working out once a day is good would twice a day be great and give me that boost i need?

Define "don't eat unhealthy.' And your body does need to rest.

In my experience, if you work out too much; you will just end up with an overtraining injury or "burning out" and quitting. If you would like to work out more than once, make sure you don't overdo it, think as if you were cutting one longer workout into two (like cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening).
Make SURE you warm-up and stretch before your workouts and of you are sore, let yourself heal!

You may not be eating unhealthy but look closely and also look at portions. You can train all you want (also keep in mind what the above poster said) but diet is most important part of the combination
