We all get older, face it!

Hey, A lot of guys who were gym rats in the past when they were young
are now wanting to stay in shape, despite the knee surgeries and back pain.

When you're young one tends to go too far with free weights.
Yes, you look regal and powerful, but as you progress you become stronger but eventually reach the limit of what your body can take. Then as time wears on so do you.

I wish some of these machines were around 30 years ago.

If you are hurt, discs, shoulder, back, knees, former football player and you want to stay in shape, a Bowflex Revolution will do the job nicely.

Low impact, body shaping, and it's worth the bucks. You only have one body and you've already damaged it, so now stay in shape and be nice to it.
It stretches instead of shortens the muscle. As you age this is what you want.

You need this to look and feel great into your 50's and 60's.
You're not in it for the super -bowl anymore . If you know what I mean?
You want to look good and feel good and you don't want to injure yourself anymore. Put the free weights down now and lets grow up!

If you're a young buck, be careful squatting 450 on your back will eventually
crush your spine and blow your knees. I used to use nothing but free weights and thought machines were for fat guys who really didn't want to work out.

After what I have been through, I think differently now. Remember sports tends to push you harder than you should really push yourself, All those sports guys will have to deal with pain sooner or later from working out and playing. Look after yourself, get the Bowflex Revolution and you can have a great body without the pain, and you'll still make the gain.
